The Commission is expected to meet in Executive Session at 10:00 a.m. immediately after the meeting is called to order.

A large volume of embargoed mail has been submitted for this meeting.  Under Section 5.1(j) of the Regulatory Review Act, these comments may not be reviewed by IRRC's Commissioners prior to the start of the meeting. Please allow time after the meeting begins for our Commissioners to review each comment.

We will re-convene the meeting promptly following the Executive Session and review of embargoed mail.

Regulation #16A-4524: Natural Hair Braiders

Conforms the Board's regulations to the statutory amendments of Act 100 of 2024 which eliminated natural hair braiders as a classification for licensure.
