Regulation #16A-66: Consideration of Criminal Convictions

Implements a schedule of criminal convictions that may constitute grounds to refuse to issue, suspend or revoke a license, certificate, registration or permit for each of the 29 professional and occupational licensing boards/commissions, sets forth the process by which boards and commissions will conduct individual assessments, and establishes a uniform fee for processing preliminary determinations pursuant to Act 53 of 2020.

This final regulation was received on 02/14/24 and was withdrawn by the agency on 03/05/24. A copy of the withdrawal letter can be found under Related Documents. The regulation was resubmitted by the agency on 03/15/24 and was disapproved at the 04/18/24 public meeting. It was resubmitted on 06/03/24 and is scheduled for the 06/20/24 public meeting.
