Provides for licensure by endorsement for applicants from other states, territories and countries pursuant to Act 41 of 2019.

The final regulation was delivered on 5/22/23 and withdrawn on 6/2/23. The regulation was re-delivered on 6/9/23 and was approved at the 7/13/23 public meeting.
