Regulation #7-552: Administration of the Land Recycling Program
Updates the statewide health standard medium-specific concentrations (MSC) pertaining to cleanup of soil and groundwater contamination for many contaminants and adds MSCs for three new contaminants.
The EQB changed the public comment period close date from 4/14/20 to 4/30/20. The Final Regulation was originally delivered on July 14, 2021. It was withdrawn/resubmitted on 8/17/21 and was approved at the 9/23/21 Public Meeting.
